Linnaea Tillett is the founding principal of Tillett Lighting Design Inc. and daughter of renowned textile designers D.D. and Leslie Tillett. She grew up in a household in New York City--where color and fabric mingled with light and ambiance. She is recognized internationally for her deep understanding of how lighting affects human emotion and behavior. Local projects include the Battery, Brooklyn Navy Yard Visitors Center, and numerous private residences. Join us for a talk by Linnaea Tillett on her early influences and her innovative approach to lighting design in the city, indoors and out.

Presented in conjunction with the exhibition The World of D.D. and Leslie Tillett in partnership with the New York School of Interior Design.
